What this policy covers

This policy explains what data this website collects, why, and what your choices are. The short version: the calculator runs entirely in your browser and sends us nothing; the only personal data we receive is what you type into the contact/lead form.

Calculator data

Values you enter into the calculator (users, tokens, costs) are processed in your browser and are not transmitted to our servers. If you use the "Share calculation" button, your inputs are encoded into the URL you copy — share that link only with people you want to see those numbers.

Lead and contact forms

When you submit the "Free AI Cost Review" or contact form we receive the fields you filled in (name, email, company, use case, estimated spend, message) plus a timestamp. We use this data solely to respond to your request. We contact you beyond that only if you ticked the optional consent checkbox. We do not sell or share this data with third parties without your consent. You can request deletion at any time via the contact form.

Cookies

Today the site sets no tracking cookies. A local-storage entry remembers your cookie-banner choice and a cookie remembers your language preference. If we enable analytics or advertising in the future, we will request consent first via a certified consent-management platform for visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland. See the Cookie Policy.

Analytics

If we add analytics, it will measure aggregate page usage (views, referrers, approximate region). We will update this policy and the cookie banner before enabling it.

Advertising

Lead submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle your request or ongoing relationship. We do not store payment data or API keys, and we never ask for provider credentials.
